中庸っていうのね。これは、お釈迦さまの言った一番大事な教えなんだけれども、それは、あっちにもいかずこっちにもいかず真ん中を歩くということじゃなくって、あっちとこっち、その両方を行かないと真ん中にならないよ、という教えなの。中庸っていうと、真ん中を静かに歩くみたいな、そういう動きのないものになっているけど、いくら安定を求めたって人は誰だって揺れてるんだよ。
